The Game of 300
Every living thing needs to be sustained. Not scaled. Not monetised. Sustained.
The Game Øf Now is not a company. It has no investors, no board, no growth targets. It is an idea tended by those who practise it. But the person tending it needs to eat, and the work needs time, and time is what money buys when you step outside the system.
So here is the game within the game: 300 people, each contributing up to 10 euros a month, sustain the work. That is enough. That is 3,000 euros a month — enough for one person to live simply and give their full attention to this.
What the 300 sustain
A person doing this work full time — writing, hosting, building the tools, tending the network of nodes.
The website, the app development, the game runner console — the infrastructure that lets the game breathe at scale.
The first building — or the design of it. The ring made physical.
And the passing of it on. The aim is not to hold this forever but to grow it to the point where others carry it forward with their own imagination.
What the 300 receive
That is an honest question. What do you receive for sustaining something that is not a product?
You receive letters. When something true has been written or discovered or played, you hear about it first. Not a newsletter. Not content. Letters, written with the same care as the book.
You receive invitations. When a game is played — in person or at city scale — you are invited before anyone else.
You receive the knowledge that you are part of something that does not yet exist in the world — a culture of gathering in Presence, owned by no one, tended by those who practise it. Your support is what makes it possible to do this without selling it.
